Booking now available for the Adult MHFA training course in April 2021
In partnership with APCAM (an Oxfordshire based charity that supports parents of children with mental health difficulties), I have created a series of short videos to help with the lockdown. Topics include:
1. Social isolation and managing your feelings
2. Managing home schooling and staying calm
3. Self defeating behaviour and how to manage it
4. Supporting your SEND child at home
5. How to talk to your child about Covid-19
We are aiming to publish one video per week, so if you would like to see a particular topic discussed then please get in touch.
This is the video on social isolation and how to manage your feelings, with notes attached:
You can find all the videos on You Tube under 'APCAM Group' https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXFHG0pQ1i3KGIy64Y78d0g
